Employee Security Error

A recent report from Tessian found that more than half of employees make more mistakes when they are stressed, fatigued, or distracted. The Psychology of Human Error report based on a survey of 2,000 working professionals in the U.S. and UK says that 43% of employees had made mistakes resulting in cybersecurity repercussions for their company. One in four of the respondents said they were victims for phishing scams while nearly half of them cited distraction as the main cause. Most of the employees also claimed they were more distracted when working from home.
