ZeroFox to go private in USD 350 million deal

ZeroFox, a cybersecurity firm that positions itself as a provider of “external cybersecurity solutions,” has reached a definitive agreement with tech-focused private equity firm Haveli Investments.

The firm will acquire the company in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately USD 350 million. In August 2022, ZeroFox started trading on the Nasdaq after being combined with incident response services company IDX through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transaction.

At the conclusion of the transaction, ZeroFox shareholders will receive USD 1.14 in cash per share, as per the terms of the agreement.
